DK PROPOSAL.

All voted yes to rego being refunded this year and no payment next year. Also equipment will be
bought for him but he must submit letter as to what he needs and will not be given cash.

The club has a policy of not paying anyone and you do coaching for the love of the team and club. Giving
him cash will open doors for all to want a payment. He is successful at what he does and coaches a
team with no relations to him and we want him to stay but he cannot be given direct cash payment.

He can come for sit down with Lance and Anne Maree to discuss the side of sponsorship which is
separate from his request for payment. Coaching is football and sponsorship is business. The offering of
donut king vouchers is not classed as sponsorship but a discussion with him and the erection of a Donut
king sign (due to sponsorship of 4 players) can happen.

BETH PAY RISE

All agreed on the contract Berlinda produced and Beth would be offered $18-20 per hour plus super.

LANCE

Flood report, recovery grant –still waiting for it coming through but $26000 to replace cables, turf,
water damage.

Field 2 lights council grant -- $50000 there just pending council approval. Should be before May 31st

Any junior coaching problems—Division 2 women’s need coach

                                Under 12 second div need to all be informed about manager-andrew
                                fryer.

1st Div player & budget & end of season budget - allowed $2000 budget to pay the team but as they
doing so well this will be over. It is a long term thing and will reassess at end of season. There is
bonus in canteen takings.

Not a lot of cash to splash around but it is working paying 1st div and as said reassess end of season.
Women’s team have received training items but are not spending money in the club.
Golden Days – plan in motion with various stalls and need to put it out to members for volunteers for
all various positions.

Field 1 training rules – Gabor to do report on all team training times and field allocation. Fir field 1
need to book at office if want to use it as we need to keep it in the best condition.

Mowing – Andrew, gabor, Duncan, justin , Keiran and will email jared again to try and produce a
roster.

Fertilizer – approval granted for purchase of this approx $2080.

New hand mower- bargain and purchased. Means we have 2 now so more work can be done on
working bees etc.

Adopt a field workers- needs to be put out to all members again to help look after a field as upkeep a
lot of work.

Report on 2012 age policy, rego numbers (especially under 7), and objection to age policy – Andrew
Hardy voted in as Junior VP as anne maree stepped down. Lance 1st, 2nd Jon. Passed.. he is to attend
Junior VP meetings and push on with rejection of age policy and detrimental effect it has had.
Numbers are down (580 last yr to 500 this yr). Around 50 returned to under 7. Under 13 has only had
enough for 1 team, we lost 3 players. Will see at end of year.

Grand final day- Jon to push at Senior meetings about holding this. Lance willing to attened to if want
more info. Zone still pushing for Stockland park but talking about splitting senior and juniors so may
mean more chance. Maroochydore pay for the privaledge and although we could afford it we don’t
want to go down this road.

Roadway sign – We want more public to come to games and having a better sign up with game on,
times etc so look into a roadway sign.

Federation Board – need someone on this board so we hear about decisions being made higher up.
Have to find out process to get on the board, someone with the passion. Members to have a think if
they would like to do this.

Director nominations for Coolum Sports company – need committee member to be a director. There is
no liability, make decisions and are answerable to committee. All to have a think for next meeting.

Sponsor for 1st and 2nd division- Graham to put something in paper to attract a sponsor. Be great to
get one and as they doing so well the sponsor would gain great coverage.

GABOR

Donut king sponsorship- already discussed earlier

Training field allocation – discussed above
Coaching courses , women/youth coach. – do report on new coach helping gabor. Get him to record
hours on time sheet.

Ce CE – rehab coach. We can use her advice and her services are available to all.

Yoel – goal keeping training available from next week. Gabor will email all competitive teams. More
likely tues or thurs arvo as this when he comes to training.

Massage- Andrew to contact someone he knows who may be willing to come in.

CHERYL - asked for $50 to be paid into Simon’s account for work on web. Still things that need doing
but he must come himself and ask for payment.

BERLINDA

Danny anngelluci to return dress shirt – Gabor to sort

Mess in change rooms – Gabor to address with players

Training ball – Gabor to go to maroochydore tomorrow

Poilcy for prize money – Gabor to sort this with points in place as to amount for win/ draw, red card
are they still paid, fines?

No time sheet no pay - all must put in their time sheets or will not be paid. Gabor to sort his.

FINANCIALS

         I cannot believe a committee would vote to spend another $800 on first div training kits after
already spending a small fortune on them. I think the first div women should have some money spent
on them instead. I know you are all the committee that make the final decisions but you really have to
stop and consider who is going to do ALL the work to fund these things. Every week I feel like
volunteers are working extremely hard and the committee is spending it on items a little too freely.
Please consider where and who is going to do the work before you have a vote. Myself and many others
worked extremely hard (VOLUNTEERED) to keep this club from going under in 2011 and now I feel
another struggle to find $1000 a week for first div. I would suggest in future that sponsors are signed up
prior to spending the money we do not have. Discussed and noted. Women’s team have been bought
training strips. Decisions are based for the future not just the here and now. Men’s first div are doing
well and bringing spectators in.

Accounts are reconciled and BAS being completed. Refund of $4650.54.

Super payments have been generated and waiting payment. Great.

GENERAL
Fine to be appealed at next senior meeting – berlinda to see lance. Player knew they were not
registered before taking field.

Carnival volunteers wanted- gabor to see 1st div about helping. Anyone else it on 28th April.

Beth pay suggestion – discussed

Arrange time for steve robinson – already came to last meeting

TREASURERS REPORT

Anne mare not present but sponsors are coming in and grants. Club doing okay.

COACHES SHIRT (as advertised) – voted and approved pending on finances after all rego been paid.
