Meeting called to order by Tim Tedrick at 7:11 P.M.
Yet another Irish Afternoon – rehearsals have started. Chuck has promotional poster near done.
Tedrick will print it and Linda and Dawn will distribute.
Linda gave the Treasurer’s Report. Current bank account balance is $7,399.01.
Tim S is to order 10 scripts ASAP.
“Steel Magnolias” Schedule:
Auditions will be Monday, Feb. 27th and Wednesday, Mar. 1st at 7:00 pm in the SHS
auditorium. Those auditioning can just show up and read the script provided at audition.
Start rehearsal the week of March 12th.
The play is the weekend of April 21st.
“Steel Magnolias” Planning:
We need two beauty salon chairs, two dryers, two sinks and two rolling beauty work stations.
Linda and Cathy are still trying to contact people for those types of items.

Tickets are now available to purchase online at our web site: www.centennialauditorium.org. In
addition minutes and bylaws are online also.
Tim T will try to remember to check with LCV about having a sign for play advertising hung on
the pole outside the LCV office.
Dawn and Linda will do marketing/advertising for “Steel Magnolias” and Irish Afternoon. They
can paint the signs any time.
Tim T. started a spreadsheet of all emails and phone numbers for all cast and crew.
