        FUNDRAISER POLICY


1 Parents that wish to option out of candy sales will pay a fee of $15.00 due upon
registration.
2 Parents that agree to candy sales must make sure that the correct amount has been
received and parents you will be held responsible for any loss once candy is received and
signed for.
3 Parents will coordinate with the Team Mom with all money exchanges and no grace
period will be accepted once a return date is set.
4. If a Team wishes to Fundraise for something specific it has to be approved by the
Board and the amount raised will be released to the board due to non-profit league status.
5 SPAGHETTI FUNDRAISER is geared towards us coming together as a league and
enjoying each other for a job well done and there will be no option out. We will distribute
tickets to each player to sell to family and friends. Team Mom will be the head of ticket
distribution
6. FAMILY NIGHT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PARENTS TO ATTEND DATE
WILL BE ANNOUNCED VIA WEBSITE OR COACHES.
