should be involved? How do you manage the results?
Joyce will provide concrete data results and practical tools, and
she’ll provide discussion on what has been a significant
continuous improvement tool for Magna.
About Our Speaker
Joyce Belcourt began her career in the Healthcare industry
working in many different areas of the field ranging from pediatric
neurosurgery, geriatrics and psychiatry. Her career migrated to
Occupational Health and in 1988 she joined the team at Magna
International as the Director of Health and Safety. The first nine
years with Magna were spent developing systems and programs
to manage Health and Safety within a large organization. In 1998
Joyce took on the position of Director of Human Resources with
Global responsibilities related to programs and audits that
measure the effectiveness of Human Resources in the Magna
Magna is the most diversified global automotive supplier. They
design, develop and manufacture technologically advanced
automotive systems, assemblies, modules and components, and
engineer and assemble complete vehicles, primarily for sale to
original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of cars and light
trucks. Magna has approximately 104,000 employees in 269
manufacturing operations and 84 product development,
engineering and sales centers in 26 countries.

CANCELLATIONS – It is the responsibility of the registrant to
notify HRPAN of any cancellation, by email (email@example.com),
48 hours prior to the event. Should proper notification not be
received, the registrant will be responsible for the meal cost.
