Julie Palombaro started to organize weddings at the Borgia Castle, property of her family in 2001 when

problem at all... She started with the weddings for fun then after she graduated at the University of Rome

Types of wedding ceremonies available:
Civil wedding ceremonies are performed in elegant town halls located through out every region.
Symbolic weddings can be performed in any location of your choice.
Catholic weddings can only be celebrated inside consecrated churches by a Catholic priest. A civil and
religious ceremony can be performed together if the priest agrees. Alternatively the Priest can perform a
Catholic blessing. However the couple must be legally married first.
Protestant, Baptist & other Christian faiths can be celebrated in many locations. A civil and religious
ceremony can be performed together if the venue permits. In most churches only the protestant blessings are
Jewish weddings can be celebrated in the ancient synagogues of the old Jewish ghettos in Venice.
Ceremonies can take place in private castles and villas if the couple brings their own Rabbi with them.
Orthodox ceremonies, Greek, Russian, and Coptic can be celebrated in Venice where there is an important
religious community.

solution. The fee for our services is either a min fee to design and arrange your entire wedding day in Italy
or 15% of the value of what we organize. This includes all our time, all of our travel within the province of
Treviso and attendance on the day, also helping you to arrange any other events surrounding your wedding,
for example rehearsal dinner or wine tasting evening. Any travel outside of Treviso is charged at cost, as is
any accommodation and expenses while on location.

The fee is the entire amount we receive as we do not accept commissions from suppliers (we pass them on
as discounts to you) and we try and keep all service providers contracts directly between you and them, thus
enabling you to see where your money is going.

Any third party invoices we pass directly on to you and so you can be sure that we do not put any mark ups
on any of the goods or services. As we do not accept commissions we are not affiliated to any set suppliers
and we always seek out the best solution for our clients.

2nd wedding planner at the wedding day (more info bellow)

Wedding planner for 5 hours at your wedding day is incl. in the price; each extra hour costs 1.500 CZK
(approx. 43 GBP / 63 EUR / 100 USD). For weddings of 50 and more guests are required 2 wedding
planners. The price for 2 wedding planners is 2.500 CZK per hour (approx. 75 GBP / 105 EUR / 166 USD).
The reason why to have 2 wedding planners is to secure our services and provide the best quality.

Payment conditions:

Booking deposit is 30% of the price. Booking deposit is non-refundable. Next payments:
30% from the total budget is required 2 months after the booking
30% is required no later than 30 days prior to the wedding day
The balance payment is required no later than 1 day prior to the wedding day
For payments in cash we provide 5% discount (from max. 100.000 CZK)

We can offer a selection of Low-Cost Castle Wedding venues to you. We chose castles and chateaus for you
who allow a combination of the ceremony and reception in a reasonable distance. The approximately half-
an-hour civil ceremony is held in Czech and it is translated into English or other language. After the
ceremony, you can have your pictures taken in the chateau or castle interior or outside. The reception can be
arranged nearby. We can give you an offer of a suitable venue as well as accommodation.
