and that the same is true regarding Article VII, "Duties of Officers," of the official PASF Bylaws. I

according to Article VIII, Section 4, C, (1) and (2).
I understand that my campaign expenses will not exceed $75 including donated items. I also understand
that this "Letter of Candidacy" form and my platform speech must be postmarked on or before January

pre-Convention campaign letter, flyer, or notice sent to PASF chapters; statement of campaign expenses
according to Article VIII, Section 5, A, B, and C; and Convention speech (not to exceed 3 minutes in length)
must be sent to the PASF office. This is to be postmarked on or before January 13, 2012.
