NOTICE OF APPLICATION
On January 20, 2010 the City of Yakima Department of Community & Economic Development
received a completed application to replace a legal nonconforming 324 sq. ft single-family fire
damaged home with a new, larger 728 sq. ft. single-wide manufactured home located in the M-1
zoning district. The file containing the complete application is available for public review at the
City of Yakima Planning Division, 2nd floor City Hall, 129 North 2nd Street, Yakima, WA.
NOTICE OF OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING
Reconstruction and expansions of nonconforming structures and uses require that the Hearing
Examiner, prior to his submitting a recommendation to the City Council, hold an open record
public hearing. This public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, February 25, 2010,
beginning at 9:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 129 North 2nd Street, Yakima,
WA. You are welcome to attend the public hearing. You may submit your written comments on
this project to:
