**COACHES OPTION : Each team is required to monitor their own MPR's, but also has the option to send a monitor to the opposing team's
sidelines to monitor their MPR's as well. The monitor from the opposing team must remain outside the 30 yard line. If the coach of the team
chooses not to exercise their option, they must sign below PRIOR to the beginning of the game and they give up their right to protest the
game based on the MPR requirement.

    AT THE END OF THE 3RD QUARTER, THE MPR MONITORS FROM EACH TEAM MUST MEET AND COMPARE MPR COUNTS, ALL PLAYERS NOT HAVING MET THE REQUIREMENT
MUST BE PLAYED DURING THE FOURTH QUARTER, BUT PLAY DOESN'T HAVE TO BE CONTINUOUS AS LONG AS THE MPR IS MET BY THE END OF THE 4TH QUARTER.
