17          The Court having considered the motion, the requirements in In re Abrams for
18   authorizing sub-service of an OSC re: contempt, and the supporting affidavit regarding (a)
19   Defendants’ history regarding avoidance of service of process, and (b) Defendant’s actual
20   personal knowledge of the underlying orders being violated and good cause appearing:
21          IT IS ORDERED that debtor Chartered Financial & Investment Corporation and debtor
22   Katrina M. Hartwell may be served via substituted service using the procedure described for the
23   substituted service of a summons and complaint in CCP 415.20 for an OSC re:contempt relating
24   to the disobedience of any court order of this court that the judgment debtor has personal
