The purpose of this meeting is to convene the invited members of the English Language Development (ELD)
Standards San Diego Focus Group to provide input on the revision of the ELD Standards for California
Public Schools, Kindergarten through Grade Twelve.

Parking

Parking is available in front of Building 3. There is no charge for parking.

There are multiple public transit options in San Diego. Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) Trolley

Hotel/Travel

Any hotel at Hotel Circle would be fairly close (5 miles away) to SDCOE. Old Town is the nearest train
station but Amtrak may not have an Old Town stop. Downtown San Diego is the best Amtrak stop and
attendees will need to take a taxi to the SDCOE.
