The California Public Utilities Commission, Oregon Public Utility Commission, and Washington State Utilities and
Transportation Commission will hold a workshop to discuss clean energy policy initiatives in the West, Integrated
Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) technology, and CO2 capture and sequestration opportunities. No decisions will be
made at this public meeting.
This event is open to the public and free to attend. However, as space is limited, we ask that you register in advance if you
plan to attend the meeting. The agenda, including location and registration details, and registration form are both posted at
www.cpuc.ca.gov/static/energy/electric/climate+change/060524_coaltech.htm. This meeting will not have teleconference or
webcast capabilities. People interested in providing public comments at the meeting do not need to sign up in advance of the
meeting. Public comments will likely be limited given the time constraints of the members; individual speakers should expect
to have no more than 3 minutes.

                      NOTICE OF RESOLUTION TO DISCLOSE INVESTIGATIVE RECORDS

Draft Resolution L-330 authorizes disclosure of Commission Consumer Services Division (Utilities Safety Branch) records
pursuant to a records request by Randy S. Perlman, seeking disclosure of Commission staff investigative records relating to an
electric incident in which Mr. Joseph Royse was injured on August 3, 2004 in Ferndale, California.
Draft Resolution L-330 will be on the agenda at the Commission's May 25, 2006 meeting. The Commission may then vote on
the resolution or it may postpone a vote until later.
On April 25, 2006, the draft resolution was circulated to the Resolution L-330 service list, pursuant to Public Utilities Code
Section 311(g) and Rules 77.7 and 81 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. Interested parties may review
