Marketing is built on a state of the art technology platform that combines preferred category placement,
keyword marketing, deep vertical search, display advertising and opt in lead generation.
Successful candidate must thrive in a consultative inside sales team environment. The ideal candidate will
have proven ability to build results driven inside sales teams. JAZD is looking to aggressively grow its sales
team from 15 to 40+ sales representatives over the second half of 2012 and requires a proven team leader
to lead the way. The VP of Sales is a Management Team role and reports directly to the CEO of the
Company. The role is based in the Andover, MA company offices.
Required: 10+ Years of Proven Successful Management, Recruiting & Training in Building
Remote inside sales teams;
Significant remote inside phone based sales team management
Proven experience at recruiting and training a remote sales team
Experience with sales process development and the closing requirements to successfully
sell $1K to $10K online marketing service contracts
Direct experience with selling B2B paid placement, search engine marketing, lead
generation and display advertising services
Experience with selling directly to the Marketing leadership within products and service
An aggressive base salary plus an attractive commission % on every sale for the team delivers a $200K
OTE compensation package. A complete compensation program includes an aggressive stock option
