                                                                                                                        NIFTY FUTURES HIGHLIGHTS:
                                                                                                                        Markets experienced an unfriendly session on the
                                                                                                                        back of weak global cues, disappointing Economic
                                                                                                                        Survey and RBI credit policy meet. The falling rupee
                                                                                                                        was also a matter of concern. Nifty futures closed
                                                                                                                        with 39 points premium as compared to 42 points
                                                                                                                        premium in previous trading session. Nifty Futures
                                                                                                                        closed at 5419 losing 1.58% with 2.5% increase in
                                                                                                                        open interest along with 27.7% increase in volumes.

                                                                                                                        FII's were sellers in Index Futures to the tune of 503
                                                                                                                        crores and were sellers in index options to the tune of
                                                                                                                        61 crores, Stock Futures were sold to the tune of 265
                                                                                                                        crores. FII's were net sellers in derivatives segment to
                                                                                                                        the tune of 820 crores compared to buying of 1106
                                                                                                                        crores in previous trading session. Derivative segment
                                                                                                                        saw 18.35% increase in turnover as compared to
                                                                                                                        previous trading session.

                                                                                                                        NIFTY OUTLOOK:
                                                                                                                        Nifty futures witnessed builtup of short positions with
                                                                                                                        higher volumes indicating nervousness among the
                                                                                                                        market paricpaants. Traders should be highly cautious
                                                                                                                        as markets are expected to be volatile on account of
                                                                                                                        2012-13 Union Budget announcemnet today. Nifty
                                                                                                                        may face resistance around 5440 levels while 5330
                                                                                                                        may act as good support level.
