• Product- & Market Success leads to formal
  organisation with a pyramidal hierarchy
• The Top Management remains the prime
  mover and decision-makers
• The Middle Managers the “supervisors” of
  implementation
• The Bottom the implementers
    WHAT IS THE REALITY?
• The Top takes decisions but is insulated
  and isolated from reality
• The middle running from pillar to post
  mediating between the Top & the Bottom
• The Bottom implementing and yet they are
  the first witnesses to the reality
