  If your property is freehold, it is a condition of your mortgage that you insure the buildings for the full cost of reinstatement as rec-
  ommended by the valuer. If your property is leasehold, the buildings insurance will normally be arranged in a block policy through
  the freeholder of your property. Cover must commence from exchange of contracts on a purchase or date of completion on a re-mortgage.

I/We declare and agree that:

1.   I am/We are eighteen years of age or over.

2.   The information given in this application is true to the best of my/our knowledge and belief and should the mortgage be made, such information must be regarded as forming a part of the terms of
     the mortgage. I/We undertake to reimburse all fees, expenses and costs incurred by the Lender in connection with this application, and with any advance which may result. I/We also undertake to
     notify the Lender of any change in my/our circumstances (which does/may affect the information given) prior to any mortgage advance being made. I/We consent to the information on the
     Application and on any claim I/We make being supplied to Insurance Database Services Limited so that it can be made available to other insurers. I/We also agree that in response to any searches
     the Lender may make in connection with the Application and on any claim, Insurance Database Services Limited may supply information it has received from other insurers about other claims I/We
     have made.

3.   The Lender and/or its agents are authorised to make such enquires of such persons (including Identification, lenders, employers, landlords, accountants and bankers checks) as it deems necessary
     to confirm the truth and accuracy of the above information and for credit reference. I/We hereby authorise The Mortgage Times Group Limited or the lender to provide information relating to the
     interest payments on the mortgage account to the accountant detailed in this application form. Details of these checks will be recorded by the company whether or not my/our application proceeds.

4.   I/We understand that once my/our loan, mortgage or security for the repayment of any loan or mortgage made in connection with this application has been transferred or assigned, the company may
     obtain information and data from the new lender about my/our loan, mortgage or security for the repayment of any loan or mortgage accounts to assist in statistical research relating to credit scoring
     or the investigation and resolution of complaints. I/We understand that this information will be obtained from the new lender and I/We consent to the company using my/our data in this way.

5.   I/We understand that the lender may outsource the administration of my/our mortgage account to a third party. I/We authorise the lender to give, send and receive information and personal data

6.   I/We understand that a false or misleading declaration may forfeit any mortgage offer or subsequent contract. In addition I/We accept that the Lender may

11. I/We authorise the Lender concerned to make such enquiries as it considers necessary in relation to my/our application, or other requirements and to disclose information provided by me/us on this
    application form, or relating to the conduct of my/our mortgage account to licensed Credit Reference Agencies, MCL Central Mortgage Checking, Council of Mortgage Lenders Possessions Register
    and other third parties where this is done in the interest of fraud prevention and making lending decisions. I/We authorise the company, when making its enquiries, to use appropriate statistical tech-
    niques, including credit scoring, for assessing my/our application, and that my/our information may be processed automatically. I/We understand credit searches may be carried out in the name of
    another mortgage lender ("Business Partner") with whom the company has an arrangement to transfer the mortgage, and that the search details will be recorded on my/our credit history. I/We also
    understand that my/our application may be evaluated using the credit scoring system of the Business Partner.

12. I/We authorise the Lender concerned to disclose all information relating to this account to licensed credit reference agencies.

13. We will check your details with a fraud prevention agency/ agencies and if you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.

             Help make decisions about credit and credit- related services, for you and members of your household;

             Help make decisions on motor, household, credit, life and other insurance proposals and insurance claims, for you and members of your household;

             Trace debtors, recover debt, prevent fraud, and to manage your accounts or insurance policies;

             Check your identity to prevent money laundering, unless you furnish us with other satisfactory proof of identity.

14. I/We understand that, if necessary, this form shall be a proposal to any insurance company and that any information required by the insurance company may be given by the lender. If so, the Lender
    will notify me/us of the cost before the mortgage application proceeds.

15. I/We understand that the Lender may require us to meet the cost of the additional security fee.

16. I/We authorise you to instruct a Valuer, or a provider of valuations, to undertake a valuation for mortgage purposes upon receipt of this application at my/our cost. Once the valuation has been
    carried out any valuation fee is non-refundable. I/We understand that payment is non-refundable. I/We understand that payment of a valuation fee will not bind the lender to grant any advance.
    Neither The Mortgage Times Group Limited, the lender, nor the qualified valuers who are to be instructed are under any liability either on the basis of negligence or on any other basis whatsoever to
    me/us as purchasers in respect of the value of or the state or condition of the property. The inspection of the property will be carried out on behalf of the lender and will not include a detailed survey
    of the structure unless specifically requested. I/We understand that The Mortgage Times Group Limited and the lender are not the agents of the valuers and I/We understand neither The Mortgage Times
    Group Limited, the lender nor the valuers will warrant, represent, or give any assurance to me/us that the statements, conclusions and opinions expressed or implied in the report and the mortgage
    valuation are accurate or valid and that the report will be supplied without any acceptance of liability on their part to me/us. I/We understand that in certain circumstances a valuation report will not
    be made available to me/us and that in certain circumstances the valuation of the property may be assessed using statistical information, and that a provider of valuations may not physically visit the
    property.

17. I/We agree to the Lender arranging building insurance if I/We have not nominated my/our own insurance company or, if having done so, that company or its policy is reasonably deemed to be
    unacceptable to the Lender.

18. Unless this is an application for a Buy to Let Mortgage I/We understand that any person (other than an employee of the Lender) with whom I/We deal in connection with the mortgage applied for or
    any related insurance is not empowered to make any representation or give any undertaking on behalf of the Lender whether in relation to the mortgage applied for, any related insurance or other-
    wise and therefore the Lender shall not be bound by or liable for any such representations or undertaking.

19. I/We confirm that all payments made in respect of any mortgage granted are made for an on behalf of all applicants detailed in this application form, irrespective that the bank account may be in the sole
    name of one of the applicants. If the loan is made to joint applicants each will be liable to the Lender for the full amount of the loan.

20. I/We agree that The Mortgage Times Group Limited may forward this application to another Lender for its consideration.

21. I/We agree that if I/we request the Lender to consider re-scheduling the mortgage loan the cost will be met by me/us.

22. I/We confirm that the declaration contained in the application form shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the completion of any mortgage to the Lender.

                           taken into account in all future applications by either of us and that this linking will continue until a notice confirming separation (known as "Disassociation") is successfully filed at these agencies.

Providing the service for which you have applied
Your details will be used in providing the service you applied for and for the ongoing administration of the service. If you are taking out insurance, your details will be
passed to the insurers for this purpose. If you make a claim, any information you provide to the insurers may be put onto a register of claims through which insurers share
such information to prevent fraudulent claims. A list of the participants and the address of the operator are available from the insurers.

Keeping You Informed
There may be times when we feel that a service or product offered by us or a selected third party may benefit you. We may use information we obtain from your account
transactions in this decision-making process. To make you aware of the service or product we may contact you by mail, telephone, fax, e-mail or other reasonable method
to give you further details so that you can make an informed choice.

Protecting Our Customers

We always try to protect you from entering into any agreement that may not be in your best interest. When you apply for credit we may use a process known as Credit
Scoring. This will help us to assess your application to ensure that you are able to re-pay the borrowing comfortably and fulfil our duty to you as a responsible lender.
Declined applications based on this automated technique can be reviewed manually on request.

In considering an application we will search your record at Credit Reference Agencies. They will add to your credit file details of our search and your application and this
will be seen by other organisations that make searches. We will also add to your record with the Credit Reference Agencies details of your agreement with us, the payments
you make under it, any default or failure to keep to its terms and any change of address you fail to tell us about where a payment is overdue. It is important that you give us
accurate information. We will check your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.

The Company and any other organisation to which it may disclose my/our information may use this information to check my/our details with Fraud Prevention Agencies
and if I/we give false or inaccurate information and the Company suspects fraud, the Company will record this with these agencies who will make it available to other
organisations, individuals and insurance companies, whether or not the mortgage is granted, to:
      • help make decisions about credit and credit related services for me/us and members of my/our household;
      • help make decisions on motor, household, credit, life and other insurance proposals and insurance claims, for myself/ourselves and members of
         my/our household;
      • trace debtors, recover debt, prevent fraud and to manage my/our accounts or insurance policies;
      • check my/our identity to prevent money laundering, unless I/we furnish the Company with other satisfactory proof of identity;
      • carry out statistical analysis about credit insurance and fraud;
      • provide details of products and services which they feel may interest me/us either by way of letter, telephone, fax or email.
If you have experienced problems obtaining credit we recommend you request a copy of your credit file from the Credit Reference Agencies.
They will charge for this service. Their addresses are shown on the reverse of this sheet.

Introducer

Where your business has been introduced to us from a third party, we will pass back information about you and your agreement that may be necessary for the purpose of
administration, payment or settlement. The person who introduces you to us may use this information for marketing purposes, but only with your consent.

Sensitive Data
