Chad Bowers has worked in the Emergency Management industry providing a vast range of expertise
including Continuity of Operations Planning, Continuity of Government Planning, Hazard Mitigation
Planning, and web-tool development. As Vice President of Bold Planning Solutions and Director of
Operations for the Florida Division, he plays a major role in the company’s overall growth and direction.
He has served as Senior Project Manager for many of Bold Planning’s key initiatives. Most recently Mr.
Bowers served as lead manager for tabletop exercises in Denver, Colorado, Coconino County, Arizona,
and Multnomah County, Oregon. Chad has demonstrated achievements in:

 Created, facilitated, and monitored an earthquake tabletop exercise.
 Manage and coordinate participation by departments to complete approved COOP plans.
 Expand county level projects to include COOP planning services for state governments.
 Manage the grading, review, and approval process of all submitted COOP plans.
 Lead exercises facilitating discussions and monitoring content for exercise participants.
 Participated in four consecutive annual Florida Governor’s Tabletop Exercises.
 Coordinated exercises for pandemic flu events & metropolitan “dirty bomb” detonation.
