Oregon State Board of Nursing.
Current TB Skin test required for all students prior to first class and proof of Measles Immunizations for students born after 1/5/57.

Required criminal history check will be done on ALL students. Possible finger printing will be required if student has multi-state offenses or has resided outside of
Oregon in the past two years.
