Violation Tickets
Issued under the Private Investigators and
Security Agencies Act AND
Security Services Act
September 1, 2008 the Private Investigators Security Agencies Act (PISA) was replaced by the
Security Services Act (SSA). Violation tickets issued under PISA remain in effect.
Violation tickets are entered on this page when:
a violation ticket is not disputed within 30 days of being served (the person or business is
therefore deemed guilty as stated in Section 14 of the Offence Act – www.bclaws.ca
or
the person or business attended court and was found guilty.
Violation ticket information will remain on this page for a period of one year from the date posted and will
be removed after one year providing the violation ticket is paid.
