bibliographic services to libraries and academic institutions. Duties included the
creation and dissemination of text and images to promote the services offered by
the company as well as providing linguistic and administrative support to other
company departments. Other responsibilities included maintaining constant liaison
with internal offices and external collaborators in the creation, online publication
and distribution of material promoting selected books and publishers.
Additional projects included the creation and development of a Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system, which involved database planning and
construction as well as liaising with an external software consultancy and designing
an online help facility for the company website (www.casalini.it)
