									AMENDMENT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS BY FORMAL ACTION OF THE BOARD
  OF DIRECTORS OF THE KINGSBROOK CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

                                          PREAMBLE

         WHEREAS, the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Kingsbrook Crossing
Homeowners Association (the "Association") was duly called and held pursuant to the General
Not-For-Profit Corporation Act of 1986, Section 18.5 of the Illinois Condominium Property Act of
1965, and the Association's Declaration and By-laws, and proper notice was duly served on the
members of the Association, a quorum of the Board of Directors being present at the meeting as
identified below, and the meeting being properly convened and proceeding with Association
business including resolutions and amendments and specifically the amendment set forth
herein; and

        WHEREAS, the Board of Directors and the Association desire to further regulate leasing
at the Association;

        WHEREAS, the Board of Directors and the Association desire to amend the rules and
regulations to provide that each Unit Owner shall supply certain information for the Association’s
records;

        WHEREAS, the below amendment is designed to supplement, not delete the existing
provisions in the current Rules and Regulations

       NOW THEREFORE, in furtherance of the above stated determinations, objectives and
goals, the Board of Directors, on behalf of the Association, AMENDS THE RULES AND
REGULATIONS AS FOLLOWS:

                                         AMENDMENT

        RESOLVED, the Board of Directors and the Association have elected to further regulate
pets at the Association with the following addition to the Rules and Regulations;

       2.11    Unit Owner Information. All Unit Owners are required to complete an
               Owner Information Sheet (Sample attached as Exhibit A) for the
               Association’s files. This information is for Association only. Any Unit
               Owner who fails to provide will have violated the terms of this Rule and
               may be subject to the Enforcement Procedures found Article VIII of the
               Rules and Regulations, including, following a hearing, issuance of a fine on
               a per month basis until the information is received. This information will be
               requested and must be provided annually by the Association. However,
               the Association may request this information at any time upon notice to the
               Unit Owner.

       7.01    A unit owner shall not lease less than the entire unit nor may the unit be
               leased for transient or hotel purposes. Every lease must be for a minimum
               period of twelve (12) months.

       The terms used herein, if not otherwise defined, shall have the same meaning
       described to them in the Declaration and/or Rules and Regulations. The language
       of this Amendment shall govern any conflicts between this document and the

        prior Rules and Regulations and its amendments. Except as to the extent
        expressly set forth herein above, and as amended, the Declaration, By-laws and
        Rules and Regulations shall continue in full force and effect without change.

       Thereupon, on motion duly made and seconded, the above determinations, objectives,
goals, and resolutions were adopted and acknowledged this _____ day of ______________,
