The Board approved Administrative contracts for:
   Caroline Davis, Assistant Director, Eastland Career Center.
   Tresa Durkin, Associate Director, Marketing & Off-Site Programming.
   Craig Lomonico, Director, Fairfield Career Center .

The Board approved employment contract for:
   Mary Lee Boschulte, Health Clinical Coordinator, beginning March12, 2012.

The Board approved supplemental contracts for:
   Brad Speakman, course of study for Collision Repair.
   Cathe McKee, course of study for Employability Prep.

The Board approved substitute teacher contract for:
   Donald Willis.

The Board approved resignation for:
   Peg Baer, French Instructor, for the purpose of retirement, effective May 31, 2012.

The Board approved cellular phone stipend for:
   Ryan Caporuscio, Computer Support Tech at ECC.

The Board approved:
   Deletion of obsolete equipment that is no longer needed or usable.
   List of new business partnerships.
   Courses of study for Collision Repair and Employability Prep.
   Building occupancy agreement between Aladdin Shrine Center & Eastland Career Center
     for 2013 senior breakfasts and recognition rehearsal/ceremony.

     District exchange of services agreement with Ohio State University to accept University
      students participating in field laboratory placements in the career centers.
     Customer fee schedules for 2012-2013 for Eastland and Fairfield Career Centers.
     Memorandum of Understanding between EEA, EFCTS, and Steve Puhl for 2012-2013 school
      year.
     Proposal for engineering services at FCC for an energy study/audit by KLH.
     Telephone and fax services agreement with Windstream Nuvox, Inc., and authorization to
      discontinue same services with AT&T.
     N. Carol Insurance Agency, Inc., as the student insurance provider for the 2012-2013 school year.
     Participation in the Metropolitan Educational Council’s natural gas program for a five-year
      period.
     A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Adult Workforce Development Division and
      the University System of Ohio Talent Development Network (USO TDN) to provide access to the
      products and services through USO TDN for a variety of broad workforce development initiatives.
     Adult Workforce Development calendars for the 2012-2013 school year.
     Tuition costs for Adult Workforce Development Career Enhancement programming for 2012-2013.
     Proposal between Tools for Schools and EFCTS Adult Workforce Development for the production of
      the 2012-2013 Course Catalog.
     Tuition costs for Adult Workforce Development Career Development programming for 2012-2013.




The Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools Board of Education will hold its next regular board
meeting on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at 6:30 p.m., at Eastland Career Center, 4465 S. Hamilton Road,
Groveport, Ohio.
