Welcome to our spring newsletter
We were particularly pleased to put the clocks forward this year and to say goodbye to
that cold and gloomy winter we’ve had. In addition to the light evenings we have a host
of bank holidays to look forward to and the Royal Wedding to celebrate. We hope you’ll
join us in sending the royal couple our very best wishes for a wonderful day. Before you
go off and enjoy your long weekend, don’t forget to delete your old voice mail messages so
there’s enough room for your mail box to collect your new messages whilst you’re away.

                                                 Red Nose Day on March 18th
                                                 brought thousands of people
                                                 together in order to raise
                                                 much needed funds for Comic
                                                 Relief. The record breaking
                                                 £74m raised was certainly
                                                 confirmation of our nation’s
                                                 dedication to the cause.
                                                 Telcare was invited over to
                                                 Maidstone for a Red Nose
                                                 Day tea party, hosted by the
                                                 very kind Stiddard
                                                 Accountants with the help
of Louisa Felstead of Facilitator Kent. Lisa went along, sporting her Red
Nose Day t-shirt. The Stiddard team not only provided us with superb
hospitality but had been busy cooking a delicious range of cakes too. If that
wasn’t enough to tempt us into gaining a few pounds for charity, Yvonne at
Everything Cupcakes sent over some mouth watering delights that simply
wouldn’t take no for an answer. The highlight of the event was when the
Naked Advisor agreed to live up to his name and post a naked profile picture
on twitter for a few hours. Of course this was all done in the best possible
taste and helped the Stiddard team to raise a wonderful £463 for Comic
Relief. Well done guys!

Our Helpdesk has been as busy as ever and the team have been in their element
solving all kinds of faults. Our new helpdesk manager Tony Dean has settled in
perfectly and has had the pleasure of assisting many of you already. Tony and the rest

                           Exhibition News
The South East Business Show on the 25th March got off to a great start when
the day decided to begin in full sunshine. The Millennium Conference Centre
was full with exhibitors and visitors alike. Victoria and Lisa manned the
Telcare stand and got to speak to some really interesting people. In fact the
day sped by and just as we thought it might be time for lunch we found that it
was actually time to pack up. The show was such a success that the organisers
were being asked when the next one will be. Rumour has it that it will be in
October, so keep a look out for future information.

                             The Business Bunker
Telcare are supporters of the Business Bunker Radio Show and will be
sponsoring the show on 26th April. The show’s host, Paul Andrews speaks to
the business people of Kent, discussing various topics of interest and advising
of up and coming events, forums and activities. You can listen live each
