Inventory Instructions for Non-Excel Users (Using Hand-Completed PDF Inventory Sheet)
YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY
PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY
INVENTORY OF ART WORK
Each item must have both a ROUND TAG and a Muddy Creek Artists Guild LABEL. The only exception is
bin art which only needs the round tag. Multiples of the same item, i.e., note cards that are all the same
price, have one inventory number.
Inventory tags must be on all work, either on the back or the bottom. Use the tags provided or purchase
Avery Round # 05474-colored. TAGS will be available at site. Use an Indelible Ink Pen. Sharpie EXTRA
FINE is a good choice. Use the format shown below with your TAG name (listed on the membership roster
available on Google groups site.) PLEASE PRINT
One item per inventory number. (A set is considered one item.) Any price changes made during the show
must have a new tag and label made to replace the old one. Change inventory sheets to reflect changes.
This is the only format
acceptable for the tags!

INVENTORY SHEET
Please review and then print out the blank artist inventory sheet and FILL IN ONLY THE GREEN BOXES.
Use as many sheets as you need, on additional sheets. Just fill in Name and Tag name on top.
List items in priority order. That is, the Inventory item #1 is the one piece that you want to exhibit above
all others. Then item #2 is the second choice for hanging if that is all that can be exhibited, etc.
Multiples of the same type item may be labeled with the same inventory number. i.e.10 of the same note
card that are all the same price can all be TAG #3, with price and tag name. Sample entry on inventory
sheet:

INVENTORY TAGS SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO YOUR ART ON THE BACK OR BOTTOM, SO
AS NOT TO CONFLICT WITH YOUR LABEL. BRING COMPLETED INVENTORY SHEETS TO
HAND IN WITH YOUR ART WORK.
