Date Incident description and/or Those Involved
2/6/11 Debra Montagna, 53 of Hillsborough was arrested for shoplifting
$106.49 worth of cosmetics and jewelry from the Rt. 206 Kohl’s
store. Montagna was released after processing.
2/8/11 A Zion Rd. resident reported that someone gained entry to his
home by forcing entry through a basement window. Nothing
was reported stolen during the incident which reportedly occurred
between 4:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m… The Hillsborough Police
detective bureau is investigating.
2/11/11 Kelly Henshaw, 31 of Branchburg was arrested for DWI 2:24 a.m.
while driving a black Honda on Rt. 206. Henshaw obtained breath
test results of .17% blood alcohol and was released after also being
charged with failing to keep right, failing to maintain a lane, and
driving with an open container of alcohol.
2/13/11 Officers responded to a burglar alarm at an Old Camplain Rd.
business. When the business owner subsequently arrived it was
determined that the lock on an outdoor storage container had been
cut in an apparent attempt to steal copper and brass that was stored
inside. Nothing however was reported stolen.
2/13/11 John Gogoly, 44 of Green Brook was arrested for DWI at 12:17
a.m. while operating a blue Infiniti on Millstone River Rd…
Gogoly obtained breath test results of .12% blood alcohol and was
released after processing.
2/19/11 Christian Gonzalez, 22 of Hillsborough was arrested for DWI at
2:11 a.m. while driving a green Ford on Auten Rd… Gonzalez
was released after also being charged with careless driving, and
having a head light out. The matter is pending blood analysis.
2/19/11 Dimple Sethi, 32 of Montgomery was arrested for shoplifting
$175.96 worth of clothing from the Rt. 206 Kohl’s. Sethi was
released after processing.
2/20/11 Aaron Ridick, 49 of King of Prussia Pa. was arrested for
obstructing justice and resisting arrest at 7:02 p.m. after
officers responded to Bloomingdale Dr. for a report of someone
trying to break into a home. Upon arrival, officers located Ridick
next to the residence. Ridick refused to comply with officers and
resisted their attempts to detain him. It was determined later that
Ridick used to live in the area and decided to enter a former
neighbors home unannounced. Ridick was released after
processing.
2/23/11 A North Plainfield resident reported that someone entered her
silver Toyota and stole $730.00 worth of cash and personal
property during the overnight hours as the car was parked in
front of a Taurus Dr. residence.
