									1.    You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your reserved party time for check in with your party host/ hostess.
      Please no party guests before the start time of the party.
2.    The remaining balance of your party bill, less your deposit, must be paid in full at the end of your party.
3.    Please arrange to bring your own birthday cake and/or ice cream. Bounce Magic does not provide these for
      your party and therefore is the only outside food permitted. Please do not bring in any food or beverages, as
      we have a wide variety available from our kitchen. Food orders taken by your host/hostess may not be changed
      or cancelled once prepared and must be paid for in full.
4.    Bounce Magic, inc. allows two (2) hours for your party in the reserved party area. It is important for your party
      to begin and end on time. You will need to vacate your party area at the end of your reserved time.
5.    Bounce Magic, inc. allows one adult per child to attend the party at no additional charge. This ratio of one child
      to one adult excludes the parents of the birthday child. All additional adults or non party guests whom are
      attending the party are subject to a $2.00 charge per person.
6.    Bounce Magic, inc. has a minimum number of guests included in each of our Birthday Party Package. You are
      not required to have the minimum number of children, but you will be charged for your party package and will
      receive all items specified in that package.
7.    Children between the ages of 12 months and 23 months of age are charged $3.00 with the party, but are not
      counted in the number of guests attending the party and are not eligible for this lesser rate when the number of
      guests is less than the parties minimum and will therefore be included as part of the minimum.
8.    Company policy states anyone under 18 years of age who plays on the inflatable rides and is considered a
      party guest and will be charged as such.
9.    We have booked your party based on the availability and size of our party areas. We ask that you indicate as
      accurately as possible the number of children attending. Should your guest count change drastically after you
      get your RSVP's, please notify our reservation office as soon as possible before the party's scheduled date.
10.   We will try to honor specific party areas requests but can not guarantee your requested area at the time of
      booking. All parties are guaranteed ample space for the number of estimated guests (children only) Seating for
      the adults is not included in the party package and not guaranteed.
11.   We supply paper products for you as part of the package. If you desire a specific party theme, you may bring
      your own partyware such as plates, napkins, and tablecloths; however, no discounts will apply. Any decoration
      brought in and displayed on tables or walls need to be removed by you. Failure to do so may cause additional
      clean-up charges. Due to limited storage, we request that birthday cakes, ice cream and decorations be
      brought in at the time of the scheduled birthday party.
12.   Socks must be worn on the inflatable rides. Guests without socks will not be permitted to play on the inflatable
      rides. You may wish to bring in additional pairs of socks. Socks are also available for purchase. No shoes are
      allowed on the inflatable rides or the mats around them.
13.   A $40.00 deposit is required to reserve a party. Any booked party / event may NOT be changed less than 48
      hours before the event, during the event or after the conclusion of the event. Set prices for minimums are
      required to insure adequate staffing at the time of your event. Deposit is non refundable unless cancellation is
      made seven or more days prior to your reservation.
14.   Bounce Magic, inc. reserves the right to ask for an additional minimum deposit when ordering food trays or
      special orders. Refunds will be in the form of a gift certificate good for one year from date of issue, charge back
      to the credit card only if paid by credit card or by company check. All refunds are subject to a $1.00 processing
      fee. Failure to cancel more than seven days prior to your reservation will automatically forfeit your deposit.
15.   Bounce Magic, inc. accepts payment in the form of cash, credit cards and checks. (All checks must pass our
      Secur Chex system, a valid drivers license is required.) All NSF checks will incur a $40.00 service fee.
16.   By signing this agreement / waiver you are hereby taking responsibility of the children left in your care by their
      parents. Bounce Magic, inc. is not responsible for the children in your care beyond the safety of the others in
      this facility. You are held liable for all injuries either incurred by or as a result of the children signed into this
      party. You are responsible for the loss of any child in your care.
17.   Bounce Magic, inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items during your party.
18.   Bounce Magic, inc. requires the cooperation of all guests in your party to comply with our rules and
      regulations. Failure to do so may result in them being asked to leave.
19.   Weather related cancellation may be rescheduled at the discretion of the facility.
20.   No alcohol, No Smoking, No exceptions!
         We appreciate you choosing Bounce Magic for your celebration. We want you to have a fun, enjoyable and
         memorable party. To help ensure the best possible experience we ask you and your guests to follow these
                 rules and all posted rules in the facility. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
