Executive Summery
Hi, dear human friend, This is Bhavesh J. Bati , an aeronautics drop out,
starting up GEEL for the sole purpose of tackling the climate crisis, empowering
the rural India and changing the way energy effects our growth. The tagline
with GEEL as you can see shows what I mean.
The only problem Renewable are facing today is, “being a bit more
expensive compared to Conventional” , though it offers many other advantages
to the society like, “being environmentally friendly, reduces Green House Gases ,
and its pure and natural” . I have solved this problem of Costly Renewable. We
have seen Wind Energy Growth in Indian and in the world. Now, government is
promoting Solar by paying upto US cents 25 /unit,(INRs. 12/unit) for the
projects starting from 5 MW, purely providing solar energy.
Technological advantages are making RE sector more and more attractive
in terms of “reduction in production cost, more and more efficient products and
above all every-day innovations like sol_focus and CSP and Tower
Technologies”. Still so strange to relate propeller type 3 - blade – rotor – design of
windmills is dominant though internal parts, such as gear-box, control
electronics, brakes, carbon-fibred composite structures, continues to feel
innovation... Now silent and more potential design of VAWT is making many
brains think more of RE energy…
As stated by the Renewable energy world magazine, Economy is the
strongest green driver and this financial crisis will not be able to do much harm
to the growth of REnewables. I can assign the rights to INVESTORS, to sale the
technology prototype and designs, in case faults in repayments as agreed…there
by Investors will be free to sale the design and technology to claim their due
amount with Interest….
Below are some NEW IDEAS AND INNOVATIONS that
GEEL will bring to the RE industry
1. The era of Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT) has just begun, a
new Design named “The Earth Servant (TES)” that combines the use of VAWTs
with solar and Bio gas, brings down the establishment cost of a power-plant to be
around 5 Crore INR. (Aprx. 1.1 million of USD) Per MW. Capacity. Which is
very attractive compared to the fossil-fuels where the same prices are around 5-8
Crore INRs. Per MW (Aprx. 1.2- 2 millions USD)

As GEEL targets to electrify 1000 villages by 2014 , GEEL will start its
operation with Small Scaled version of TES design, that will be ranging from
several hundred KWs (according to the surveyed need ) to several MWs, these
Plants will Demonstrate the key advantages of my TES(The Earth Servant)
technology as well as Patented FSC technology of Engineer Prof. Christos
Papageorgiou from Athens, Greece
Funding for such small scaled projects will be taken care by the Rural
Electrification Programs of Govt. Of India
These projects will demonstrate the potential of GEEL, and also help
attract the attention of loan providers and investors such as, the World Bank, the
Asian Development Bank, and help us raise capital for our 1 GW project TES-1A,
Each TES project will produce Avg. 7000GWh per year for twenty-five years.
And will generate revenues of around INR. 2359 Crore( 480 miillions INRs) per
year for twenty five years…
On successful demonstration of FSC_TES technology we will Serve The
Globe with our MOST_ECONOMIC_GREEN technology and Deliver Power
Plants as per Client Requirements
2. Use of solar Panels for motion picture Advertisement in order to
open new gates of revenues for the solar industry…and give new wings to
Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV)
3. Use of already existing poles to mount WTGs over them such as
Electric wires supporting poles near railway tracks and other places
Street-light supporting poles
Telecommunication network towers
Water storage tank supporting towers and so on
4. New offshore farm design that will generate electricity from salty
waters, waves, and strong winds as well.

Current POWER Industry Scenario:
Any where I turn my eyes I can see nothing else but opportunities Clearly
Visible across the globe in the power sector today… at the moment we are
standing at a point when Climate crisis has become the talk of town, and
unfortunately, Power Plants today Account for staggering more than 80 percent
of the worlds total Green House Gases Emissions… now when power industry
and political bodies are have already realized that they can not turn a blind eye
to catastrophic scenario of Future, with the pace of change that is happening in
the power industry… there is no way out but the GREEN POWER…and
Efficiency…
Talking about India, we have huge power deficits, and Industries today are
facing frequent power shortages, which creates opportunity for the Green
Power… as reports appearing in media, most of the thermal power plants are
seeing Coal Shortages, and upcoming plants of Reliance power and NTPC, are
facing Gas Disputes with RIL. Therefore, power plants that consume no fuels as
ours are the future… Indian Govt. is trying its best toward coming close to its
11th plan targets and the policy frame work Encourages Green Power A lot. And
I clearly see the Govt. will put unprecedented emphasize in the role of Green
Power Companies toward achieving more than 7% GDP growth and push it
further toward 9%
Also in global perspective, nations’ appetite to be energy independent and
thus remain healthy and functional economies would drive them toward Green
Technology Adoption…
As Power Engineering International Reports, There is Huge Interest in
Solar Technologies in Middle East as they are competitive with coal when Crude
remains above USD70 a barrel. And we have been seeing crude at above this
levels from quite a long time, which is in fact the result of Continues endeavors
of OPEC countries and Crude producing nations like Russia (as CRUDE is the
main Economic driver there) to keep the Crude above 75 USD mark…
I can clearly say that if we start a company today …with our TES
technology… we will be a billion dollar company in just four to five years…

A: I am Bhaveshkumar J. Bati, an aeronautical engineer Drop-

to complaint about it, so I am actively doing things that will make a difference…
GEEL is the purified product of my brain after thinking all the dimensions
