As covered in your Statement of Work, the following document is required to be fully completed to the
best of your knowledge prior to your scheduled appointment time. V-Technologies, LLC reserves the right to
re-schedule appointments due to missing or incomplete information. Upon receipt of this document, a Technician
will contact you to answer questions and schedule the installation.

                            SECTION A - CRITICAL CHECKLIST ITEMS OVERVIEW

Place a checkmark (√) next to all minimum requirements that have been met and an (X) next to all
requirements that have not been met. If you are uncertain, please discuss with the Technician at the
time of the pre-installation call.

                       SECTION B – STARSHIP MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

StarShip Server Minimum System Requirements

___   Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 SP1, or Windows Server 2008*
___   Pentium 4 compatible or higher processor (Recommended 2GHz or higher)
___   1 GB of free hard disk space
___   10 GB of free hard drive space on the computer where the StarShip database is installed
___   1 GB of RAM or higher

StarShip Client Minimum System Requirements

___   Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 SP1, or Windows Server 2008*
___   Pentium 4 compatible or higher processor (Recommended 2GHz or higher)
___   500 MB of free hard disk space
___   1 GB of RAM or higher
___   Display capable of 1024x768 or higher resolution
___   Adobe Reader is required for printing the bills of lading and labels that are returned from carriers in
      PDF format (such as YRC and UPS Freight LTL)

* StarShip supports both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.

 **When using Server 2008 there is Group policy item "Use Terminal Services Easy Print printer driver first" that
 needs to be disabled on the terminal server so that the terminal server attempts to find a suitable driver loaded
 on the terminal server to map the client auto-created printer.
 This policy object can be found in the Group Policy Management Console: Computer
 Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Terminal
 Services\Terminal Server\Printer Redirection

It is required that the thermal label, report printers and their associated drivers are installed and
configured on the shipping workstation prior to the installation appointment.

                                         SECTION I – LTL (FREIGHT) PROCESSING

Please skip this section completely if not licensed for LTL (Freight) shipping within StarShip



Rating
1. How will you get the total freight charges for your LTL shipments?

         a) I will rate shop in StarShip using the FreightQuote.com, YRC, SMC3 or UPS Freight rating engines
         b) Manual - I will call the carrier to get the rate and key the freight charges into StarShip manually

Please note that the user id/login, password and account number (if applicable) are required for each
carrier engine for which setup is desired. This is required at the time of the installation.
