the guest will be billed the entire expected room charge. Any change / amendment in the arrival
date will also be treated as a cancellation and the amended booking will be subject to availability.


HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION

1. At par Cheque to be made in favour of Neumech Events. Send the cheque along with the form
   at Neumech events address.
2. All reservations must be sent by fax or email to Neumech Events.
3. Since there are a limited number of rooms available in each hotel, please indicate your
   preference at the earliest so that hotel confirmation can be sent to you.
4. All hotel bills will be settled by the guest with Neumech Events.
5. Service Tax @ 1.24% will be charged extra on the total billing.
