                              ORDINANCE NO. 1029


       AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1021 ADOPTING A
       NEW SCHEDULE OF ELECTRIC RATES FOR 2011.

       BE IT ENACTED and ORDAINED by the Council of the Borough of Schuylkill

Haven, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the

authority of the same as follows:

SECTION 1. Rate Schedule RS-Residential Service

       B.      Net Monthly Rate:

               (1)     $5.057679 customer charge (minimum billing);
               (2)     $0.1457 per KWH for the first 500 KWH
               (3)     $0.1213 per KWH for all additional KWH


       C. Two or more separate dwelling units: When two or more separate dwelling
          units are supplied through one meter, the following quantities in the above
          rates are multiplied by the number of dwelling units in the determination of
          the net monthly bill:

               (1)        The $5.057679 charge.

Section 2. Rate Schedule LP-2 – General Commercial/Industrial

       B.      Net Monthly Rate:

               (1)     $11.535060 including the first three KW of the billing KW;
               (2)     $3.72671 per KW for all additional KW of the billing KW;
               (3)     $0.167415 per KWH for the first 150 KWH per KW of the billing
                       KW;
               (4)     0.129790 per KWH for all additional KWH;
               (5)     the minimum charge shall be in the minimum contracted KW
                       demand or $11.535060, whichever is more.

       C.      Billing KW;

               The billing KW is the kilowatts supplied during the 15-minute period of
               maximum use during on-peak hours of the current billing period. For
               billing purposes, the billing KW is taken to the nearest kilowatt.

       BE IT ENACTED and ORDAINED by the Council of the Borough of Schuylkill

Haven, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the

authority of the same as follows:

SECTION 3. Rate Schedule LPH - General Commercial/Industrial

       D.      Net Monthly Rate:

               (1)     $3.992905 per KW for all KW of the billing KW;
               (2)     $0.111933 per KWH for the first 170 KWH per KW of the billing
                        KW;
               (3)     $0.098765 per KWH for all additional KWh;
               (4)     The minimum charge shall be $11.978716

       C.      Billing KW:

                The billing KW is the average kilowatts supplied during the 15-minute
       period of maximum use during the current billing period. For billing purposes,
       the billing KW is taken to the nearest whole kilowatt.

Section 4. Rate Schedule GLP-3 – Large General Service at Secondary Voltage or
           Higher

       B.      Net Monthly Rate:

               (1)     $7.0821 per KW for the first 100 KW of the billing KW;
               (2)     $4.7764 per KW for the next 100 KW of the billing KW;
               (3)     $3.7881 per KW for all additional KW of the billing KW;
               (4)     $0.10212 per KWH for the first 250 KWH per KW of the billing
                       KW;
               (5)     $0.08817 per KWH for all additional KWH.

       C.      Billing KW:

               The billing KW is the kilowatts supplied during the 15-minute period of
               maximum use during the on-peak hours of the current month but not less
               than 70% of the highest KW demand during any of the preceding eleven
               (11) months. The minimum billing KW is 25 kilowatts.
