Primary Function Processes billing.
(Weight 40%) Responsibilities include:
Process employee or case terminations.
Process address changes.
Generate System letters (BALDE)
Process billing mode changes
Process case changes.
Review and process daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Manage ET logs.
Minimum Education & HS or GED.
Experience 2-3years experience in related field
Expertise Problems are already well defined.
Observations, records, or other data are available and point toward the problem.
Limited judgment is required.
Specific instructions are available to perform routine, highly repetitive work.
Symptoms and facts may be incomplete, but the existence of a problem is apparent.
