Chief Executive Officer
Critical access hospital and nursing home with 24 beds in each facility. Led day-to-day operations for community
hospital and nursing home facility with accountability for P&L performance, staff requirements, patient service
delivery, business development, billing processes, and customer/employee relations. Oversaw all ancillary services that
included radiology, laboratory, emergency room, PT/OT/Speech, respiratory therapy, rural health clinics, nursing
services, and financial areas. Improved hospital image in community.
 Generated $15 million in revenue growth in two years by developing and initiating new patient services and
    improved medical equipment across operations.
 Personally recruited and led diverse team of service-oriented physicians and new management team to deliver
    state-of-the-art hospital/nursing home treatment and related services.
 Reduced A/R from 108 days to 56 days after establishing new customer service calling department and improving

hyperbaric therapy, respiratory therapy, three rural health clinics, nursing services, nursing home, and financial areas.
Led 32 direct and indirect reports. Evaluated organizations structure, identified opportunities for positive change, and
implemented programs that provided highest standards of care to patients.
 More than $33 million+ in revenue growth generated over eight-year period by realigning organizational structure
   and implementing patient care programs to turnaround and transform hospital and nursing home organization.
