       Eligibility:
       1. this scholarship is for a registered student in the College of Business Administration and
           Public Policy for Fall 2012 & Spring 2013
       2. the student must live in the Los Angeles or Compton area in one of the following zip code
           areas: 90001; 90002; 90003; 90059; 90061; 90220; 90221; 90222.
       3. no specific GPA is required.
       4. the scholarship is awarded on both need and merit

Applicants must submit the following items on a separate page and attach your responses to this
Application.

       1a.    A letter of reference from a teacher/professor, guidance counselor, or community or
              church leader.

       1b.    A copy of your unofficial transcripts.
       1c.    A personal statement should outline the following:
               Achievements, honors, awards.
               Career goals.
               Community and/or school involvement.
               Financial need.
               You will need six copies of your complete scholarship packet.

The 2012-13, Bill Rogers Scholarship will be $ 500.00. Notification of the Award will be made by Email.
You must sign a statement of acknowledgement and agree to the conditions of the award.
