Chef Lee Kok Hua prepares a menu offering diners a choice between a

chicken crumble and steamed Dover sole and eggplant dumpling.


 For the main course, the Ramadan menu offers scrumptious crispy
shredded veal in hot and sour sauce, charcoal grilled King prawn with
