AT&T FUNDS RV TO PROVIDE INTERNET ACCESS FOR HURRICANE VICTIMS

HOUSTON, September 24, 2008 – AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) announced today that it is
contributing $250,000 to fund a special RV outfitted with 25 laptop computers and
