                                Biographical Sketch
   Born and raised in Lenoir, North Carolina

   BS Accounting and Criminology- Florida State University- 1973

   Arthur Andersen & Co., CPA’s- 1973-1975- CPA State of Florida- 1974

   Various retail operations- 1975-1985 including Ivey’s, Dayton-Hudson, Macy’s and
    Federated Department Stores in Orlando, Phoenix, Kansas City and Atlanta.

   VP/Controller- The Home Depot, Inc., Atlanta- 1986-1996- Responsible for all
    financial reporting, banking relations, inventory control for a growth company- 50
    stores upon joining and 650 upon departure (now $90 billion company w/ 2100
    stores).
   Sr. VP/ Chief Financial Officer- AutoNation, USA- Ft-Lauderdale 1996-1997- Initial
    management team for Wayne Huizenga start-up used car superstore strategy.

   Owner/ The Goddard School, Marietta, GA- 1997-2000- Started a private preschool
    franchise which reached full capacity after 14 months.

   Preston Kirby Consulting/ Tallahassee, FL –2002-Present- Provide small business
    and corporate consulting to local firms.
