                                        SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Optimized budgeting process efficiency. Annual budgeting at Pilgrim’s Pride had historically taken six months to
complete. Customized Information Analyzer, utilizing SAP’s BPC for planning. Reduced information compilation and
review to complete budgeting process in six weeks.
Led vital project to a successful completion. To establish AFS Sales Discovery v.8 with customers, an analysis of
benefits needed to be delivered in 30 days at the user-group meeting. Stepped up to take over vital project when the
company programmer resigned. Built reports, dashboards and fully tested software. Delivered benefits analysis driving
25% of users to immediately upgrade.
Decreased time to reimbursement. AFS customer claim processing had bottlenecked and was running four months
behind. Took over processing team. Designed and implemented automated system for reviewing, recording and
generating payments. Tested and integrated system in one month that allowed AFS to turn around checks in 15 days of
receiving claims.
Corrected administrative error, recovering millions. Pilgrim’s Pride trade spend had escalated to a questionable level.
Analyzed trade program, identifying inherited database programming error that was doubling rebates to a premier
customer, equating to $48M in excess payments over several years. Updated internal procedures, establishing controls.
Partnered with legal, acquiring reimbursement of $42M.

                                                  CAREER HISTORY
Director of Customer Support / Claims Processing, AFS Technologies, 2011 to 2012. $18M food manufacturing and
distribution software firm. Recruited to join vendor to Pilgrim’s Pride. Applied experience as former AFS customer to
identify client business requirements and optimize software capabilities across diverse customer base. Provided technical
support to 300+ customers. Quickly turned around strained relationships with key accounts. Led team of 10.
Director of Development, Pilgrim’s Pride, 2005 to 2011. $7.5B poultry manufacturer. Standardized administration policy,
controls and reporting. Built growth foundation through identification/integration of Best Practices. Applied SAP expertise
to resolve business process challenges and support implementation. Managed 15 direct reports and supported 100+
domestic and internationally based sales reps.
Billing Operations Manager, TVMAX (formerly OpTel), 1997 to 2005. Created custom reporting on AS400 to more
efficiently review 130,000 cable and 30,000 phone accounts. Standardized invoicing and delinquency communications.
Supported A/R and A/P of 13 remote offices. Oversaw 25 analysts, programmers and data entry staff and remote call
center with 125 employees.
IS Project Manager, Marcus Cable, 1994 to 1997. Retained as one of three key employees after Marcus acquired
Sammons. Led system conversions, integrating remote processes into enterprise format. Created custom reports,
ensuring compliance with corporate and FCC regulations. Oversaw audits. Managed a team of five.
