							                   BROOKWOOD HIGH SCHOOL PTSA SCHOLARSHIP
                                        (Application must be typed)

Four (4) - $500 Scholarships will be awarded for studies at any Technical School, Jr. College or any Four-year
College. This scholarship is based on academic excellence, financial need, school/community activities, and an
essay explaining your educational and career goals.
Turn in completed application to Mrs. Varzaly in the Counseling Office by Friday, April 13, 2012.

Qualifications and Eligibility:
 The student has a minimum GPA of 2.5 or 80.
 The student is on track to graduate in May of this school year, and has passed all portions of the GHSGT
  prior to completing this application.
 The student will attend a post secondary institute during the upcoming school year.
 The student has exhibited good character.
 The student is a member of the BHS PTSA (If you would like to join, contact Jennifer Flores at
