   Spreadsheets on Operations Drive for all staff to
    input.
   RFID Operations group set up.
   Staff and public “road-tested” all of the self-issue
    machines for short-listed tenderers.
   Ensured staff were informed regularly of
    progress.
Train Staff
 Jigsaw / Embervision / RFID training
 Training refreshers on troubleshooting
  self-issue machines
 Help notes with step by step instructions
  on the Ops Drive.
