STUD SERVICE POLICY

 ( )The Stud fee for three 5- 8 ml vials of chilled semen free of prostatic fluid is $__________ (payable by
money order). Each vial will be sent separately over night express. First vial will be sent upon your
request, and the two remaining vials will be sent over night express two or three days apart(buyers
choice) until you have received all three vials of chilled semen

Shipping and handling expenses for chilled semen are included in stud fee.

Payable before semen is shipped overnight The Owner of the Dam identified above agrees on this date: /
/             (initialed: ) that the stud fee must be paid in full to the stud dog owner before the vials of
chilled semen will be shipped. If other arrangements are agreed upon, the stud fee will be paid in full to
the stud dog owner before the stud dog owner will sign the A.K.C. litter registration application.

 NOTE: The American Kennel Club takes the position that the Owner of the sire is required to sign an
application to register a litter certifying only to the fact that a particular dam was bred to the sire identified
on the Litter Registration Application form on a specified date of mating, unless there is an agreement
signed by all parties concerned in which it is specifically set forth that the owner of the sire is not obligated
to sign an American Kennel Club litter registration application form until such time as the stud fee has been
paid.

 1. All fees are payment for stud service only and are not to be construed as a guarantee of puppies. If
the bitch fails to whelp or whelps fewer than two living puppies at birth, the owner of the bitch must
notify the stud dog owner not more than 65 days after the date of the last insemination. There shall be
no refund in whole or part, but a second order of three vials of chilled semen from the same stud shall be
provided at the same bitches next heat, if both are still available; if not available, to an agreed alternate.
Bitch owner agrees to pay all express shipping and handling fees to the stud owner before the
replacement vials of chilled semen are shipped. Only one replacement order of three 5-8 ml vials of
chilled semen will be sent per contract.

2. If ownership of the bitch changes, right of return service shall be at the option of the stud dog owner.
3. The bitch must be in good physical condition. She must be free of flees and ticks.

4. The bitch must have a stable temperament (no vicious animal will be allowed to be inseminated).

 5. Owner of the Bitch agrees to keep the bitch confined and inaccessible to all other male dogs from the
start of her heat cycle until the bitch is fully out of heat.

6. The following items are req1uired prior sending chilled semen: Photocopies of:

___ A.K.C. Registration.
 ___ Four (4) Generation Pedigree.
 ___ Recent photograph or video tape of bitch.

7. The bitch owner agrees that all puppies resulting from this litter will be properly cared for and placed
into appropriate homes.



8. No puppy resulting from this breeding shall be transferred to wholesale outlets, dog dealers, brokers,
humane shelters, laboratories, pet shops or their agents.



 9. Bitch owner agrees to sell all pet quality puppies as non breed able and will enforce this term by
checking the limited registration box on the A.K.C. registration form.



10. The owner of Stud will, as a matter of courtesy only, refer prospective puppy purchasers to the
owner of the bitch when the puppies are at least seven weeks old.



11. Studs Owners will provide photocopies of :

___ Four (4) generation pedigree.



16. It is specifically agreed that the stud dog owner is not obligated to sign the application for
registration of this litter until the stud fee has been paid in full.
