   project from Comviva IT for L1-System Administrator,L2 -Senior Engineer, Software Engineer and Operation
   Manager, Presently recruiting Team Lead & Senior engineer for Uninor Support.
 Client Relationship Management: Sustaining healthy business relations with major clientele by ensuring
   customer empowerment. Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain of the profitability the business,
   client visiting.

Responsibilities:Responsible for sourcing candidates full life cycle of recruitment to fullfill staffing requirements for
our clients & through networking, internet postings, employee referral, head hunting.

        Taking care of the screening process and HR round of Telephonic interviews. Initial screening and short listing
         of candidates.
        Processing and Preparation of letters (Offer Letter, Experience Letters, Appreciation Letters, Increment
         letters for fresher joinee Training letter).Co ordinating with HR for processing of Appointment letter. Selection
         and induction of the new joinees.
        Sourcing resumes for requirements across all Business lines through various channels like Job Portals,
         References, online advertisements & personal network etc.
        Scheduling the interview with the candidates in co-ordination with the Senior Project or Techincal Managers.
         Also Schedule & execute F2F interview as per Client’s needs.
        External communication - Contact candidates about next steps in the Selection process through e-mail/phone
         & keep candidates informed on their current status/progress. Answer queries of candidates by e-mail, phone.
        Responsible for reference check, offer negotiation and on boarding. Make recommendations for recruitment
        In charge of recruitment of zero level to mid level & to senior level positions.
        Profile Support (searching and sourcing of the different openings) and Guidance to team . Creating and
         maintaining employee’s personal files. Continuously update, all relevant information regarding employees.
        Conducting training programme for OJT(on job Trainees) on personal development , beside that Job Posting,
         Bulk Mailing, Head Hunting from relevant portals for Senior & Middle level Professionals.
        Client Coordination and Business Development
        Maintaining the leave records and also keep track on accessories like Laptop & Mobile Bills for our engineers.
        Support in HR operations (Joining and Exit Process, Time Attendance, Reimbursement Claims, Employee
         Salary Account opened, Full and Final settlement etc.)
        Coordinate performance counselling and review of grievances related to appraisal ratings to ensure that the
         performance focus of the organization improves with the Sr. Managers and accounts head of our Clients.
         Managing a big team of 74 engineers & Fresher Trainees through out PAN India by following up with Site
         SPOCS or Managers and as well as with site engineers.
