FINAL REPORT GUIDELINES
The Community Foundation of Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta looks forward to
receiving a final report on the community grant awarded to your organization. Questions
are provided as a guide to assist you with your self-examination of this project grant.
This report is not intended to be an onerous and time consuming task. The foundation
simply wants to know more about your organization and the impact of the grant. The
foundation may contact you for additional narrative information upon receipt of this
report in order to promote the success of your project and the impact of the grant.
The purpose of the report is:
To ensure accountability of entrusted resources as outlined in the grant proposal
To learn from your experiences (both positive and negative experiences are useful)
To understand the impact of our grants on the organization and the community
To improve the granting process
To demonstrate to current and future donors the importance of the foundation’s
community grants program.
