It was finalized at our Faculty meeting in 8/10 to use ATI Assessment Program exams at the end of major courses. At

our End of Year Faculty Meeting 5/10, we decided to use ATI’s course resources for remediation with students who
were having course difficulties. Example: In Foundations of M/S Nursing (Course content understanding) and in M/S
III (For the 2 graduating seniors not meeting the passing level on the RN NCLEX Predictor Exam)

       -Able to see the correlation of ATI exams with classroom performance

       -Everyone has updated to the ALC/SLO format in their syllabi
       -Revision of the Pharmacology course in the generic program - both in format (from online to
       blended) and sequencing (1 sh in first semester, 2 sh in second semester; content aligned with
       topics in M/S I and II). Dropped duplication of content with Foundations/Basic Skills
       -Content redistributed in three medical-surgical courses to ensure coverage without duplication

2. RN to BSN
        -Continued to increased the # of BSN graduates statewide
        -Evaluated and revised the RN-BSN Program
        -Integrated components of RN-BSN Practicum course into other courses
        -Reinstatedt of the Client Education course and content

3. MSN
         -The MSN was started in August, 2010. However, it was found that SACS approval had not been
         obtained. Students were moved into the MSA program. When SACS approval was obtained in
         Spring 2011, the students were moved into the approved MSN.
         -The PhD adjunct has accepted a FT position in the MSN program

4. Clinical Sites
         -Expanded nursing student care at Snoozelen
         -Continued to partner with Pensacola State College to address master scheduling of clinical sites
         -Obtained a few new clinical sites
         -Expanded the clinical component at Snozelen from observation to client care

5. Upsilon Kappa Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing
        -We moved the Annual Nursing Research Poster Session to a new venue. The nursing research
