Guide to the EDW, DOE Reporting Portal or Measured Progress NECAP Tool (Version 1 - Feb 6, 2010)
Introduction: With the recent releases of the DOE Reporting Portal and Measured Progress NECAP Analysis and Reporting Tool, there are now a number of
ways to work with NECAP and other data. The following document attempts to sort through the strengths of each tool to provide guidance about when each tool
will be helpful to you. In general, the DOE Reporting Portal and the Measured Progress NECAP Tool do a limited number of focused tasks very well with easy-
to-use interfaces while the EDW Analyzer can answer an unlimited set of questions but in a more complex way.
