                                               PUBLIC RESERVES ACT 1997
               REVOCATION OF PREVIOUS DECLARATION AND DECLARATION OF PUBLIC RESERVE
                                                 POINT HUNTER RESERVE
I, Neil Albert Pope, Administrator of Norfolk Island, under section 6 of the Public Reserves Act 1997, 
          (a)      revoke any previous declaration made under section 6, or under paragraph 50(2)(a), taken to have
                   been made under that section of the Act in respect of the Point Hunter public reserve;
          (b)      declare to be a public reserve the area of Crown land shown on the map contained in the Schedule as
                   bounded by a thick black line; and
          (c)      give notice that the public reserve declared at paragraph (b) above will be named “Point Hunter
                   Reserve”.

                                              FUEL EMERGENCY ACT 2005
        REVOCATION OF DECLARATION OF A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN RELATION TO A KIND OF FUEL
I, Neil Albert Pope, Administrator of Norfolk Island, under section 4 of the Fuel Emergency Act 2005 and in accordance
with the advice of the Executive Council, declare that the declaration of a state of emergency in relation to gasoline
made by instrument dated 2 February 2012 is revoked.

The successful applicant for this position will need to:

        add-on sales technique.

        outcome.
       Demonstrate excellence in cash handling technique, managing cash advance (daily cash float) technique,
        processing sales through register including credit cards, end of the day balancing of register and banking of
        money procedures.
       Demonstrate the ability to undertake daily computer back-up processes.
       Demonstrate the ability to ensure the range of produces are displayed including the coding and pricing of
        products accurately.
       Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, and follow instructions as well as being a contributing team
        member by participating in stock take, self stocking and other general duties as required.
       Demonstrate commitment to workplace equity and occupational health and safety principles and practices.
       Demonstrate quality self management practices through punctual professional behaviour, ensuring the delivery
        of Customer Service Excellence satisfaction.

                                    CLEANING OF ADMINISTRATION BUILDINGS
                                                    TENDER NO. 07/12
Tenders are invited for the cleaning of the following Administration Buildings for the period 01 July 2012 for a period of 2
years with provision for a 12-month extension:

        GST Office
        Bicentennial Complex (Post Office, Philatelic, Customs and Immigration)
        KAVHA Offices (No. 11) and Public Research Centre (No. 9) Quality Row

Please Note:
       Prospective tenderers are required to collect the schedule of cleaning and should complete an inspection of the
        relevant area with the Manager or Supervisor at an arranged time.
       Tenders must be lodged on a “Tender Application Form”. The tender application form and cleaning schedules
        can be obtained from Melissa Graham, CEO’s Office, Administration Offices, New Military Barracks, Quality
        Row, Kingston.
       Contracts are performance based and subject to performance reviews.
       Tenders are to be on a per-annum basis and shall be inclusive of GST.
       It is a requirement of all Administration cleaning contracts that public liability insurance to the value of $5 million
        and membership to an approved workers compensation scheme are held. Prospective tenderers are strongly
        advised to obtain quotations on insurance before submitting tenders.
       Tenders should include full name and address details of each tenderer, building/s being tendered for, tender
        amount/s, a description of relevant experience, written references and any other relevant information.
       Successful tenderers will be required to provide their own cleaning equipment and materials.

Tenders, in a sealed envelope marked “Tender No. 07/12 Cleaning of Administration Buildings” are to be placed in the
tender box located in the Records Office on the top floor of the Administration Building, New Military Barracks, Quality
Row, Kingston, by 3.30 pm on Thursday 24 May 2012.
