Clinical service delivery:
I have provided clinical services in an off-campus satellite clinic in the offices of Eastern
Carolina Ear-Nose-Throat. I provide services as well as supervise graduate students
providing services at this site. In addition, I supervise graduate students in the on-campus
ECU Speech-Language and Hearing Clinic.

I routinely attend the ASHA Convention as well as the Voice Foundation Symposium
each year. I have received numerous CEU Awards from ASHA. In addition I typically
attend one or 2 local/state continuing education courses each year.
