Thank you for your entry in the 2012 CABA 15U Wood Bat World Series. We look
forward to having your team participate. We know the baseball will be exciting and we
anticipate the Charleston area will offer a host of opportunities for your team and fans to
enjoy.

TOURNAMENT:
When:   Tournament play will begin on Sat. July 14 and the Championship Game
        will be played on Fri. July 20th (weather permitting). 6 game minimum
        guarantee.

Register:       www.cababaseball.com click on “World Series” and follow instructions.
                Form can be found under “Registration”.

Fees:           $1,250 plus $25 CABA registration fee. Fees can be paid online through
                Paypal or mailed to PO Box 1684, Mt Pleasant, SC, 29465 and must be
                received by June 13th to secure your spot.

Passes:         $40 for entire tournament/$12 day pass/10 and under Free

CREDENTIALS CHECK AND COACHES MEETING:
When:     Friday, July 13th from 2-3 pm. MANDATORY Coaches meeting will
          begin immediately after check-in concludes.

What:           A packet containing the following must be received by the host before
                June 29th: (1) Your initial team roster (final roster will be accepted at
                check-in) (2) Copies of all players’ birth certificates.
                Mail packet to: PO Box 1684, Mt Pleasant, SC 29465. Each player must
                have photo ID on his person at every game.
