     Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist                           Permanent
                                  Salary: £12 - £14K per annum
Description of Role:

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for contacting potential clients from a new or
existing client base and responding to inbound enquiries from prospective customers
(phone, email and web).




They are required to attain key data to qualify the prospect and generate “sales ready” leads
for the sales team to close new business


Main Duties:

                              Make high volume outbound calls to both new and established
                               client bases.
                              Secure key customer information to enable the identification of
                               qualified “sales ready” leads and prospective customers to be
                               nurtured for future opportunities.
                              Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to execute
                               targeted new business campaigns.
                              Represent our brand (or partner brand) in a professional and
                               ethical manner to customers, prospects, partners, and
                               colleagues.
                              Verify, score & update client details, utilising our internal
                               databases and CRM systems.
                              Promote at a high level the customer need, features and
                               benefit of the company’s products to potential and existing
                               customers.
                              Answer inbound new business prospect calls (live), email
                               enquiries, and web leads driven from marketing initiatives.
                              Contact and convert new business leads to Sales Executives
                               within agreed SLAs.
Knowledge and Skills:

                           Minimum of one year in a similar role with a successful track
                            record in which the candidate met or exceeded quota—
                            measured calls/day, appointments/week, qualification of
                            opportunities, etc.
                           It is preferable though not essential that the successful
                            candidate will have experience working in a regulated
                            outbound/inbound telephone sales environment, ideally
                            insurance/financial.
                           Recent experience in software technology, marketing
                            automation, CRM software a plus.
                           Experience in a selling environment.
                           Very strong verbal and written (email) skills.
                           Ability to assist Marketing and Sales Leadership to
                            create/implement pro-active sales campaigns.
                           Must have a high level of energy with a very positive phone
                            demeanour
                           Computer literate with working experience in Microsoft
                            Outlook, Word, Excel and the Internet.
                           Numeracy and Literacy.
