To amend provisions relative to overtime in the Postal Eield
Service Compensation Act.
1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
2 lives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 That chapter 45, title 39, section 3575, paragraph (b) of
4 the United States Code be amended by striking out the
5 words, "to substitute employees and".
