You don’t buy anything that's not perfect. Our customers don't buy anything that's not perfect.
What you don't like, our customers won’t like. What you don’t like most likely your children won’t like. It seems that we pass on through experience what we like and what we don’t like. If an associate keeps on making errors and we do nothing to improve their performance we have taught them, through their experience with us, that poor craftsmanship is just fine. People have to learn what we mean by quality and that we set the standards of quality production output. It’s the same things they would do if they owned our business. Our employees expect perfection when it comes to break time bells, accurate payroll checks, funding their benefits and a hundred other matters important to them. The fair and honest bargain is that we expect perfection from them while they’re working. Correct, Complete and Next Day is a statement that reflects the “ Perfect Order “ and we have the right to expect it and the obligation to make sure our customers and associates receive equal respect. When any associate continues to fail and we continue to fund their performance you have to wonder who is failing? It’s o.k. to tell people what you want and when you must have it done. It’s not o.k. to keep watching them fail over and over again. Good people respect firm, fair and honest supervision and management. If you’re sharp guess what? They’re sharp. If you care guess what? They care. If you follow up with each associate every day you’re teaching them how to treat you, the company and our customers. When you really want the Perfect Order that’s when you’ll get it. WHAT ACTIONS WILL YOU TAKE TODAY?
