• Not every school has the capability and
  materials to allow students to do hands on
  activities

  students
• May not appeal to aesthetic learners

• Have students share conclusions and
  observations among each other
• Give instruction examples on how to
  observe, compare, and evaluate
• Encourage and reward students for asking
  questions and trying new things
